Blindata S.r.l. based in Monza, Via Angelo Mauri n. 22 (hereinafter “Blindata”) - as Data Controller - informs that some personal data of users of the website www.blindata.io (the Site) will be processed in order to allow the provision of services available through the Site, including the request/provision of information on Blindata’s products and services (the Services). Personal data of users of the Services will in particular consist of some data provided directly by them (i.e. personal data such as name, surname, address, country, gender, phone number, date of birth, email address), and data collected during the visit to the Site (i.e. reviews and comments on Blindata’s products and services, IP address and other information provided by Cookies, see Cookie Policy) or during the use of the Services by users (the Personal Data).

  • (e) sharing contact information with Blindata’s commercial partners for the purpose of receiving their communications. Legal basis: Consent. Data retention period: 2 years.

Communication of Personal Data.

For the purposes of managing the Services as described above, Blindata may disclose Personal Data to its consultants and legal advisors, as well as to third parties responsible for specific processing activities. These parties will only have access to the data necessary to fulfill their obligations and perform their functions (and will not be authorized to use it for other purposes), will be required to comply with Blindata’s instructions regarding the processing of Personal Data, will act as data processors of Blindata’s Personal Data, and will be listed in an updated list available at Blindata. Personal Data will not otherwise be subject to disclosure or dissemination.

Blindata has implemented security measures in order to minimize the risks related to both the accidental loss or damage of Personal Data, and unauthorized access to Personal Data or their unlawful processing.
